This cozy and aesthetically exceptional villa, has one (1) bedroom with king size bed, an open plan kitchen and living area and a bathroom with a spacious crystal shower cabin, and it’s one of the favourite villas of our guests! It has the capacity to accomodate up to four (4) guests, since it’s provided with a big sofa and an armchair easily transformable in a comfortable single bed, both of them with anatomic mattresses for an enjoyable sleep! Just like all of our villas, “Melissa” is fully equipped, and can guarantee you a careless and pleasant stay, so you will not miss at all the comfort and the coziness of your home!

On the west side of the villa, where there is your independent entrance and private parking for your car, you will find a small terrace with a beautiful small garden with an outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy your coffee, overlooking the olive grove "Lambardos ».

The comfortable LIVINGROOM TERRACE is located to the east and features

• an outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy your meal,
• a large shading umbrella and a relaxing view of the complex's common area (swimming pool area, BBQ area, lawn, centuries-old olive trees, gardens with aromatic plants), the village of Adele and the settlement of Agia Paraskevi as well as the mountains of Psiloritis and Kouloukonas!

TERRACE OF THE FIRST FLOOR

The great surprise, however, that "Melissa" reserves to you and that makes it really special and one of the favorites of our guests, will be revealed when you go up the internal stairs of the house, that lead to the terrace of the first floor! There you can find 55 sq.m. of absolute privacy, with panoramic views (which extends up to the sea) of the complex and the natural landscape of the surrounding area, with a comfortable outdoor seating area, pergola, sunbeds and shading umbrella! We are sure that this terrace will become your favorite place to relax and leisure, during your stay!
